Licensor Wendy Westover reviewed Provider Folashade Ediale MERIT and found all member to be expired or not documented to have completed required Health and Safety Trainings. Licensor observed all CPR and First Aid and Food Handler Permits to be expired in MERIT. Licensor contact Provider regarding the Health and Safety Trainings. Provider stated they did not know they had expired.
